Spotted: Lace Up Heels

As some of you know I have purchased a pair of leopard print lace up heels a few months back, love them. Now Zara have launched a black version in black.......I think these are a great investment. Which would you prefer?

Here are this seasons hottest shoe trends. From ankle strapped shoes to floral, take a look.......

Ankle Straps:

This style is major right now. It was spotted all over Fashion Week! Heels with a ankle strap were the choice of many, the thicker the strap the more trendy you are. The classic stiletto shape or sandal lets the ankle strap take center stage, while giving a sleek, modern look. You can pair these with skirts, pants or denim!

Iridescent:
This futuristic, glam look is very "right now". Grab a pair to get into the trend that was rocked on the Dior runways. Don't over do this shiny trend. Remember to pair these statement shoes with a minimal ensemble.

 Black & White:
Think black and white pumps or shoe boots. They were spotted on the Marc Jacobs runway. These two tone heels are very versatile, pair them with simple colours, taking you from day to night.

 Floral Print:

Floral screams spring! This floral print is spotted in all different shoe shapes. They are a great way to channel  a girly, spring vibe and add fun to any outfit. 

Mixed Media:

This trend gives you the opportunity to mix a bit of everything! These bold shoes are mixed materials and crazy prints. This mix can be very hit-or-miss, so keep the outfit simple

Lace Up Lovage

I have been loving lace up sandals at the mo. They give the eye a ladder along the leg, giving an illusion of length. At 5'2 (just!!!) this is a major plus for moi! I love the fact that these can be worn as a more casual chic look or paired with a glam dress for a more night time look. My fave highstreet lace up's are these Zara beauties HERE! I am just about to go pop them in my shopping cart.......yay or nay!?!

Shopaholic: Dundrum Haul

Hi guys sorry for lack of  blogging recently *slap on the wrist*!!! I was in Dublin for appointments on Monday and Tuesday, appointments over I made my way to Dundrum shopping centre. For those of you not from Ireland, I live about 2.5hrs from here in Galway city. Galway is an amazing city and has many shopping havens, but nothing like our capital Dublin. Dundrum is shopping heaven, spacious,airy and impeccably maintained. Galway is lacking in a few of my favourite....mainly Zara!! I can not express my love for Zara enough. My friend Laura rang last night and we spent about 30mins talking about Zara before I highlighted the fact that we have issues! I just find the cut and quality of their on trend clothes to be A1 for a high street store. Ok Zara love rant over :) Dundrum has lots of other stores, H&M, Bershka, Urban Outfitters (none of which have stores in my home town) but to name a few! Usually I also buy loads in Urban Outfiters, I was both disappointed and relieved for my visa card that not much caught my eye in there for once. Here is a pic of SOME of my haul......
