I am loving the idea of throwing a masculine blazer over a girly dress! It is a little unexpected but bang on trend. My fave type of blazer for this look are single breasted and slim cut.The perched on your shoulder looks like you borrowed it from your boyfriend......romantic :) Will this be something you will embrace?!

Style Steal

Anyone who reads fashion blogs knows just how HUGE this Zara yellow jacket is! Gwen Stefani is pictured here wearing it....love! It has become a hunt on Ebay for a lot of people who were not lucky enough to nab it instore (myself included!) With asking prices through the roof I have been kept longing for such a statement piece. Until now!!! Yes ladies, I have found a super dooper version of this jacket. My 2013 Hot List

1. Bomber Jackets: So I may finally have to ditch my trusty blazer in 2013. This slouchier look is going to be key to every kind of look this season. I am in love with this Three Floor version. It has everything you could want in a classical bomber that still brings style. Leather look sleeve, metalic and embroidery. Love it!

2. Wrist Swag: It is still all about some wrist candy. I adore a good gold watch, I wear mine everyday! If you are looking for something classical, look no further than Michael Kors. For something different, I am in love with this Daisy Knights Watch. Swag!

3. Stripes: This nautical beauty is back with a bang. It has been sent down the runways of Marc Jacobs, Paul Smith and Jonathan Saunders but to name a few. In regards to stripes, any direction goes! I love them and think they add fun to any outfit. Pair a stripped top with denims or a skirt and cons.

4. Sunnies: Of course sunglasses are a staple in any wardrobe, any time of the year. The sunnies that you should be coveting in 2013 should have attitude! I am talking jewels, printed, oversized......STATEMENT!

5. Flats Ok so I love my heels, however I am loving the fact that flats are bang on trend. What is not to love about comfort?! Practical does not mean boring. Look for something chic and classical. Brogues were spotted on Victoria Beckham recently, SHOCK! If she can embrace the flat, then so can I!

Style Icon: Christine Centenera

Christine Centenera, was Australian Harper's Bazaar fashion editor and is now Vogue Australia's newly appointed senior fashion editor, is also a celebrity stylist, street style icon and a great fashion mind behind Kanye West's clothing line. Often dressed in Hermes, Burberry, Celine and the rest of high class brand names, but at the same time wearing them in her own uncopiable way....did you hear that Kim Kardashian!!! 

Christine is not intimidated by matching oversized clothes with statement shoes. It's the opposite - she is in the minority of people who can pull it off! She loves her leather pants as much as I do, she's wearing them very often as a wardrobe essential, usually matched with fur and super high heels for ultimate glam outfits, while messy hair and slightly baggy items give her that effortless and fun but very chic look. Love, love, love! <3
